Shipping + Returns

Btwnthesheets ships from Miami, Florida.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed upon purchase date. Shipping times may be delayed during high-volume periods such as new releases, online sales, or holidays.  

USA Shipping Details:

Order Confirmation and Tracking Information
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping information is correct, as we are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

*Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created.

Carrier Delays
Btwnthesheets is not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

Lost Packages
Btwnthesheets is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages with a confirmed delivery notification to the shipping address.

 

International Shipping Details:

We currently only ship within the US and do not deliver orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

We are aiming to expand to additional countries in the future! Please subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available.

 

Return Policy:
Btwnthesheets accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within fourteen (14) days from the date that the item was delivered to you.

Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags or barrier seals, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at Btwnthesheets’ discretion according to Btwnthesheets’ terms for the refund.

Email our team at orders@btwnthesheets.com with your order number, details regarding your return, and any additional information, and a customer service rep will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

Return shipping for online orders will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund amount at the market shipping rate for your return package. 

Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
All Sale Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges
Due to our limited and curated assortment, we do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. Instead, we ask that you return the original item and go to our website to purchase the correct item in a new order.

Refunds
Once your return has been processed and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been accepted or denied. This process may take up to 7 business days from the time your return tracking information shows delivered.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

Please note that refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to financial organizations' varying processing times.

Damaged, Defected or Incorrect order
If your order arrives damaged, defected, or incorrect, please email our team at orders@btwnthesheets.com, with a detailed description of the issue and photos.
